Kaged Muscle Pro-Biotic

Kaged Muscle Pro-Biotic is a probiotic with claims to help your athletic performance. This product uses a patented strain of bacteria called TWK10®, which is naturally fermented from Taiwanese Kimchi.

With the target-release capsules and patented strain of bacteria, Kaged Muscle claims that this probiotic product is able to reduce fatigue and enhance endurance. In fact, the company completed two separate human clinical trials to test their claims on their product. (We’d be remiss not to point out that the studies were funded by the company.)

To get the most out of this probiotic, however, it has to be taken three times a day with meals. This could be a lot for some people, especially those with busy lives.
