With 14 different bacteria strains, this product can help with a multitude of issues, including general digestive discomfort, travel, and to aid your gut while taking antibiotics. The probiotics in this product are cryofrozen to help them survive the harsh environment stomach acid creates.
The capsules do contain trace amounts of dairy, which Protexin claims will not bother those who are lactose intolerant. However, it is still something to be aware of if you have a severe lactose allergy or if you don’t consume dairy products for other reasons. These capsules also contain trace amounts of soy.
You can break apart these capsules and take the powder in a smoothie or mix it in with a protein shake, if you’d like.
