REP KG Change Plates

Every fraction counts when chasing those PRs on your lifts. Available in increments of 0.5 kg, the Rep kg Change Plates give you the opportunity to push yourself just enough to post new 1RMs.

Rubber coating allows for a solid fit on the barbell and less noise/movement during your lifts.

• 0.5kg (white): 133mm diameter / 13mm thickness
• 1.0kg (green): 170mm / 15mm
• 1.5kg (yellow): 178mm / 18mm
• 2.0kg (blue): 190mm / 18mm
• 2.5kg (red): 210mm / 18mm
• 5.0kg (white): 230mm / 26mm
