While we’re confident you’ll love your new bumper plates, BCAA supplements, or GPS watch, we understand that sometimes adjustments are needed. Our returns policy is designed with the same flexibility as your CrossFit routine.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in original condition – unopened supplements, unused equipment with tags attached, and original packaging intact (like you’d expect from competition-grade gear).

Important Note:

For health and safety reasons, the following products are non-returnable:

  • Opened supplements (BCAAs, Creatine)
  • Used chest straps and heart rate monitors
  • Installed flooring or lighting products

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps like you’d follow a perfect squat form:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your return/exchange request (see template below).
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request within 2 business days (faster than PR attempts on fresh BCAAs).
  3. Package Your Item: Once approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging (protect those bumper plates like they’re competition-ready).
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to our warehouse at 23 Sable Run Lane, Methuen, US 01844 using a trackable shipping method.
  5. Confirmation: We’ll email you once we receive and process your return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (like sending the wrong combo rack). We recommend using a trackable shipping service – treat the package with the same care you’d give your competition plates.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days (quicker than DOMS after leg day).
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error).

Exchange Process

Want to swap your compact squat rack for a free-standing rig? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the new item with the same care we use for all our gym equipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your competition plates arrive damaged or you receive the wrong gym timer, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund faster than you can chalk up for a heavy lift.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding select Asian regions), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Duties and taxes for returned items may not be refundable – check with your local customs like you’d check your heart rate monitor during HIIT.
