The Vulcan 1 Deep Wall Mount Rig is a versatile and durable piece of exercise equipment that allows athletes to perform a variety of exercises on 1 piece of equipment in a small setting. Great for pull ups, kipping, muscle-ups, squats, military press, bench press, band work, ring work, etc.
Great for CrossFit® workouts and any type of functional training. Can be used in CrossFit® gym, commercial gym, or home/garage gym
The Vulcan 1 Deep Wall Mount Rig Standard Includes
- Two 3″ x 3″ Uprights (9′ Standard or 12′ Upgrade)
- Three single 44″ 1.25″ Pull Up Bars (Double Bars available as an upgrade)
- Two J hooks
The Vulcan 1 Slim Wall Mount Rig includes
- Two 3″ x 3″ Uprights (8′, 9′ Standard or 12′ Upgrade
- Two Slim Fit Cross Members (18″, 24″ or 36″)
- Two Kipping Pull Up Bar Brackets
- One 48″ 1.25″” pullup bar
- Two J hooks
- Optional Equipment shown in photo, Dip Horn, Safety Spotters, Weight Posts, are not include in the price of the basic rig. Available as options.
Rig must be bolted to floor and mounted to wall. Floor mounting hard ware is included. Wall mounting hardware is not included due to the many options dependent on each individual application.
